Horndon Powder Coaters was established in July 2011 as a high quality powder coating company for the shop fitting and office furniture industry and since has expanded to accommodate most painting needs.
Our employees have up to 20 years experience in the powder coating and wet spraying industries, which means we have practical knowledge in most techniques and materials.
With a large paint line that includes an acid etching phosphate stage and 2 separate semi automatic spray booths, we are set up to produce both high and small volumes of work, meet critical deadlines and deliver a fast turnaround in both steel and aluminium products, whilst maintaining our high standard of finishes.
The stand alone oven and wet back spray booth also enables us to spray items as large as approx 5m x 2m x 2m. This plant also gives us the capacity to wet spray plastic, fibreglass and wooden items when required.
Horndon Powder Coaters is the only company in the South of England licensed to supply wood grain powder coating. Our wood grain comes in a range of finishes such as; Ash, Oak, Beech, Mahogany and Green.
